What is Conflict Coaching?
A process in which a conflict specialist works one-on-one with a person in conflict (or who manages people in conflict) to support them to:
- Reflect on thier conflict experiences and learn from them.
- Gain new perspectives on their conflict experiences.
- Explore the relationship between conflict and emotions.
- Identify and avioid dysfunctional thinking and behaviour in conflict.
- Make informed choices in the future.
At Innerworks Coaching, I am trained in the CINERGY model which is a specialised one to one process that helps clients optimise the way they engage in their interpersonal disputes. The CINERGY model of conflict management integrates executive coaching, conflict management and neuroscience principles. It is a dynamic seven stage process that is specifically designed to help clients improve their conflict management skills and abilities according to each person’s individual and specific goals.
I am also trained in the Thomas Kilmann Instrument which helps identify your conflict communication style and can help you and your team;
